Refund policy

Food & Perishable Items
Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for perishable products if you change your mind, the item has been opened, or stored incorrectly.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Food Items
Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are final once confirmed and paid. Refunds are only offered if we cannot supply the item or it arrives faulty/damaged.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
