How do orders work?
We currently operate on a pre-order system, usually twice per month.
Each pre-order window will be clearly advertised with opening and closing dates. Once the window closes, no further orders can be placed until the next pre-order period.
Do you hold stock on the Isle of Man?
Not at this time.
Customer orders are collected during the pre-order window and placed with our supplier. Orders are delivered to customers once the stock arrives on the island.
What happens if a product becomes unavailable?
While we do our best to keep product availability up to date, supplier stock levels can change between the time products are listed on our website and when the batch order is placed. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and paid for, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a refund, a replacement product, or store credit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled while the pre-order window is open.
Once the pre-order window has closed and the supplier order has been placed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Do you have a physical shop?
Not yet.
Depending on how the business develops, a physical shop or collection point may be considered in the future.
When are deliveries made?
Deliveries are generally carried out on Saturdays and Sundays, as stock is expected to arrive on the island on Friday or Saturday.
Delivery times may vary due to shipping schedules, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
What payment methods do you accept?
At present, we accept bank transfer only.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received. Additional payment methods are being discussed and will be provided once we find a suitable payment partner.

Ingredients and allergen information are displayed on each product page based on information provided by our suppliers.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, product recipes and manufacturing processes may change. If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend contacting us before placing an order.
